UP DATE ON PAYPAL ISSUE

As all of knew from my previous entry about PayPal that our Roslin orphanage's  PayPal account is  blocked ( paypal@roslinorphanage.org) due to our location is in Indonesia. The requirements all have been fulfilled such as the permit for Roslin Orphanage to act as a registered organization, the bank book/ crossed cheque book , the bank statement etc. One requirement that we can not provide is the tax break to the donors like in the USA ( as it is not being practiced in Indonesia). Later not only the orphanage's PayPal but also my own PayPal account is also blocked ( soehardi@gmail.com). According some of the donors said that the funding is already received by us (me)  and the orphanage accounts but actually we have not gotten the funding at all . The funding that were intended to us as donations are being held by PayPal which PayPal told us that the money will be returned to the sender ( which is not being returned yest by PayPal) .Further after my inquiries, PayPal is needing us ( me) to make an authorization latter  to PayPal so that PayPal will be able to return the funds to the sender.  I have made the authorization later to PayPal but PayPal still needing  us ( me) to given them all of the transaction details ( name , date of transaction , transaction numbers / code and email addresses). So this is the reason why the funding has not been returned by PayPal. I will send the requested data to PayPal as soon as possible.

If PayPal can hold all of the funding being sent to us , it should be known to PayPal which account , which date and what email . I just do not get it why PayPal is still asking me to get all the detail.

If I am not doing anything about it may be the funding will be held forever by PayPal.

If we can not get it and PayPal is blocking our accounts , automatically PayPal should return all the funding to the senders.  In my opinion it is not right for PayPal to hold the funding the way they do it at the moment.
