SCHOOL BAGS FOR THE NEW TERM AND BOOKS FOR THE LIBRARY

Nearing to the school ends ( or new terms) , my great friends were donating school bags, school utensils and books for the library. This morning my friend Mr Chiam CH sent us 240 school bags for the children at the orphanage and those childen out side the orphanage that we are also helping with with their schooling matters. I am imagining that we will be seeing happy faces when we are distributing those school bags to them. Also this morning miss Erica Kleinman from Singapore CHIJ of Toa Payoh secondary school ,on behalf of Key Club of Kiwanis Delta Chapter was donating some 500 books for the library. The books were collected and packed by Natasha Kleinman, Claudia Chia ,Summer Perera, Dharlynie Neelamangam and Erica Kleinman her self. Mr Teng Cheng Chong ( Kiwanis group past president) was helping us to load up the books and drove me home with those donated books.
Our sister Janet and her husband Jacob from SIA were at my place also on Saturday and delivering a lot of stationaries . So much of blessings that flows through many of you to the orphanage . Captain Gustavo Inda came with some clothes , a mother from Jurong ( Mrs Sally) came with baby clothings etc. These gifts will certainly making our job as the care taker easier and having a great feeling knowing that we are not alone on running our orphanage. Indeed our togetherness is strengthening our efforts and creating better results . I wish that some of you can help us to give away those goods directly to the ultimate receivers in Timor with us .
Chris Sng and his wife Lay Kean , Nick Teo and his wife Eleonore were also doing their best on helping the orphanage by donating some baby clothings, vitamins, shoes and school untensils . It is a privillege to have great friends around you.
