OUR CHRISTMAS WILL BE BRIGHTER AND MERRIER

So many of you have been giving the orphanage children blessings through out the year 2008. So much joy that you have been made and enjoyed by the children because of you . So much hope have been made into reality and so much encouragements have been given to us the care taker of the orphanage.
On behalf of the children at the orphanage, the children out side the orphanage that we are also extending our hands to them and on behalf of the care takers we would like to say thank you to all of you . Indeed our routine and tasks have been made easier by all of your help in the form of all of our needs which being fulfilled and the prayers that you have been up lifted for us . Our progresses have been well beyond what we can think off . It has been much and much better achievements one after another, blessings after blessings and surely we can go further upon dreaming and working towards better goals for the children.
Our thanks to FCAP of Singapore for all these years ,bung Aris Tanone PHD for setting up our initial website , the McCully family ( espesially for helping us with entrance fee for Gerson upon entering the medical school). Special thanks bro Alex Chee ,bro Chiam CH, pak Oetojo and sis Kate park because of you we are able to have enough of clean water every day . Thank you to bro DS for visiting the orphanage and providing some of our children’s needs in furniture and beds, Thank you to bro Philip Tan and friends , bro Ryanto Husodo and family , bro David Seng, sis Christina Kolkadir and bro David,bro Terence tay and sis Pauline, bro Sam Lee and family , sis Lois Ewald , bro Peter Twang, bro Alan Chan, bro Daniel Cha SL , bro BOB Dacosta and his gang , bro Alfred and sis Lidia , sis Tina Vanderpol and her family, The Singapore Motherhood Forum friends, Bro Chris and sis lay kean, sis Amy and bro bro Chris , bro Philip Tan and friends, bung Andy Naibaho and family , pak Thamrin dan ibu Pinny, pastor Tim Suwidji, pastor Rene Sahir, bro FX Guntur, bro Sastra Wijaya , bro Mark Lee and family who just came back from the orphanage , Rotary Club friends and many more of you that I can not call out one by one .
Because of you All, we never have any shortage of baby milk, children chlothes , more books for the library , school bags , baby milk bottles etc. Praise The Lord indeed. Because you are care for others , the children and the orphanage is progressing well.

Also because of your prayers , God allowed us to be self sufficient on rice since April 2008 , the chicken are multiplied , the mango trees are full with fruits while the neighbor’s mango trees are not ( come in March if you want to help us with some peanut, corn and green bean harvest) . Because of your prayer the children are allowed to attend schooling and growing in the healthy environments.Praise The Lord . Indeed the year 2008 is the year of great blessings so far , Praise The Lord.
Because of you All, we will be starting to build the construction for the girl’s dorm right after the rainy season ends ( around March). We have hedged for the steel materials for it.

Hi Budi, Peggy and all the kids. I overflow with tears of happiness that all seems to be well in Kupang. Merry Christmas to ALL. I don’t keep in touch much but you are often on my mind. Your blog has been a touchstone and reality check for me, a refuge from my world of finance.
It has been about 10 months since my visit and I feel an urge to come down again. I am busy, trying to get my business off the ground, but will make an effort to come down next year. Perhaps with some mutual friends. Please keep in touch and advise of the progress of the girl’s dorm. Remember, think through as much as you can as part of your planning. Remember the mistakes of the boy’s dorm. Improve them for the girls. In your mind, walk through what it will be like. Dream about it. I am sure you will be well guided. Love to all, DS.
Dear bro DS and family.
Thank you for your time to write even though you are so busy . The fact that you can spare some to spare to write and even to come to Kupang the other day. Life has been great and getting better from time to time. S what you have advice us according to your observation, yes we will get all the cows removed from the orphanage’s ground and we will start a much better one at the farm asap. Thank you for your advice. This is the reason why I am asking friends to give us some feed back as we are not an expert to run an orphanage with our limited knowledge about it ( even though it has been for the 10 years ha ha ha ). I am sure that you shared our joy to be self sufficient on rice and so many other joyful progresses yet more joy will be gotten and more progresses will be made from time to time. Please help us to pray to be strong and to stay healthy. Merry Christmas to you and your Family . May The Lord be with yo and your family every step of the way. Shalom
