GOOD NEWS FROM THE ORPHANAGE
Nov 2nd, 2008 by CaptainB
We were moving to a new address in Singapore , so much work and after 1 week of unpacking we are still doing the unpacking ha ha ha . It is not easy to move from a place where you have lived for more than 10 years into a new place and rearranging things.
Today is a happy day for us for knowing that this morning we are having our 2nd rice harvest at our farm, Praise The Lord. Indeed The Lord is providing us for our needs timely and according to His existence being the Provider to His children. Even though I am not there , things can been done according to our plans . Again Praise The Lord for giving us His people to help us to do the harvest today. We do not know how to thank God better for being shown that His promise is being fulfilled as it is written for a condition of exceedingly and abundantly has been so real to our ministry at the orphanage. It will be great if some one can give us the photos of the actual harvest today.
Beside the paddy we are also having our organic water spinach ( kangkong) too. Our next project at the farm in the near future is to have a small fish pond , more organic chicken and may be some goats ( one step at the time ha ha ha )

Hello there, I found your blog through a friend of mine that mentioned the work you all are doing. I just wanted to send you a message to say you are in my prayers and I am so thankful and inspired when I here of yet another group of people serving orphans. I’m an adoptive parent and counselor that works with adoptive family here in the States. No greater love has a man than that he would lay down his life for his friends and no greater service to the cause of Christ than to care for the orphaned, it is pure and faultless religion in the sight of God. Thank you and keep working. If there is anything that I can do for you Stateside, please don’t hesitate to ask and I’ll see what I can do.

Dear Madam Mitchel Worthing and family
Greetings from Singapore.
Thank you for your message and encouragement for us.
First of all , we are only doing the minimal parts and He Him self has been the one doing the mighty things so far.
We shall learn a lot from you especially about how to give counsellings to the children ( I am only a driver and a farmer ha ha ha ).
Please be ready with our questions soon.
Have a blessed day, always
Budi and family
