GOD'S TIMING IS THE BEST TIMING

There is no other timing except God's timing is the best . We can plan things and do our best to reach our goals but at the end God's timing will be the time where things will be having the best suitability . It is quite sad to share with you that we got cheated again by some one that we trusted for quite some times. Its about the generator that we were asking our trusted person to buy in Surabaya some two months ago. We are needing a 20 KVA diesel generator for our needs and we were asking him to get one for us from a generator shop/factory in Surabaya . We were told that he has bought a good one and he has tested for 24 hours before bringing it back to Kupang. Our trusted person has been with us for at least a year and he has been so good with his workmanship. He has been able to fix so many things and installing our new electrical cable for the orphanage building and also our our other buildings. We thank God for providing us a good mechanic and some one that we can trust . This person has been having  hard times when he was working for other people but we treated him like one of our orphanage's family member.  He said to us that he has found a place where he can stay forever  and he even committed that  he will never leave us but to dedicate him self to the orphanage . For that reason we trusted him so much and we even commit our self to build a garage for him to do his motor cycle repair shop. We even bought for him all the equipments for the motor cycle repair shop too from Surabaya. It is sad to found out that he was actually bought a wrong generator for us . Instead of 20 KVA generator he bought for us a 5 KVA generator and not a diesel one but its a generator which runs on petrol. We paid for the 20 KVA price but we got a 5 KVA generator.  To make things worst he is now ran away and his mobile phone seemed to be not working any more.

Peggy and I have decided to forgive him and we will do our best to start saving again to buy a new generator that will be suitable to our need. At that evening we even prayed over the phone ( Peggy is at the orphanage and I was in Singapore) . We prayed   that God will forgive him as he was not really seeing the wrong thing that he has done to us and to the orphanage in particular. We hope that he will come back and try to rebuild him self again to be a better person. May be we are also part to be blamed for trusting him with such amount of money which he will never have it on his hands.

The next morning God give us a wonderful news through an email that was sent by Singapore Airlines. The person in charge for the "staff idea in action"  of Singapore Airlines wrote an email to me that my idea is well excepted by the company and it is proven to be able to generate a significant cost saving to the company's operation.Even the chairman for this department and the Director of flight Operation were also sending me a congratulations note too.  For that matter the company awarded me SGD  10 000 ( ten thousand Singapore dollar) , which is the highest amount that the company will give to an idea which the company deemed to be useful and excepted to be implemented for its operation.  Can you see that God's timing is the best ?   Yes it was the time when we needed most  God give us the required fulfillment according to our needs without any delay. It was said also that this maximum award is the second highest award that ever given within 5 years time.

Before the award was announced , we were about to used the available funding to build the girl's dorm for this generator need. If we do so , the girl's dorm will be having some set back upon its development . But because of the Singapore Airlines award we will resume to the original schedule upon building the girl's dorm which will be the 3rd week of March or may delayed until first week of April ( to make sure that the rain will not be disturbing building process).  Now we can have our smile back and we will resume with our our original plans . In fact we will even get a better generator , instead of 20 KVA we are planning to get the 30 KVA ( with some top up which can be done after my next pay day). Praise The Lord indeed. The new generator will be completed in 6 weeks time after the order being made.

Any way the idea that I was suggesting to the company was by creating a new route for one of our regular flights. With my idea being implemented , the company will be able to save about  1,2 tons of fuel for just one flight.  During that time the fuel was on its peak , which was about 140 USD per gallon of market price. So 1,2 ton of less fuel can be a huge amount if we calculate it within a year time.  Lets say in one year we are using the new route for some 200 days only , we can save at least 200 tons of fuel .   It was just a lucky day for me to be able to spot the possibility of route change . We have been flying so many years for this particular flight and I was so lucky to be given the chance by The Lord to spot it and  to send the idea to the company and the idea eventually was taken and being implemented.  It was a little over a year ago that I submitted the idea.

Now come back to the God's timing, it is now that we need the funding most and that is the time that God let us to receive the blessing . Indeed the timing is so appropriate and indeed He is in control all the time.
