GOD WILL NEVER SHORT CHANGE YOU

It was at the end of August 2012 on one Sunday morning when I was sharing about God's love in one of the church in Singapore. It was a great service on that day where so many youth are participating and worshiping together. Among the congregations are youth and this is making me happier as the youth are involve in the band , the worship leader and in all activities. As usual I share about God's goodness and His love and mercy to All of us . I am so thankful for being given the chance to share God's goodness and worship Him together. After the church service we were having short fellowship at the church and followed by a rather much longer fellowship at a family kind of restaurant. It was a great day and I finally arrived home at 15:30 pm.  As soon as I got home and took my shoes off , a phone call rang and  pastor Stefanus  which I have never met before was asking me if I am able to come to his church . I said yes and will be more than happy to come is I am in Singapore and if my timing is permitting . When he said I am being asked to come on that day I was prompted to ask what time. He said that the service will be held at 17:00 pm. So I was only given one hour and 30 mins to attend the invitation of the pastor from his church to share God's goodness.

I was not sure why I was saying yes to the invitation then went to sleep for 30 minutes ( was putting the alarm clock next to my head) . when the alarm went off I got up and preparing to attend the church service for the 17:00 pm service.  It was a much smaller church if we compare it with the first church which I shared in the morning. There were only 21 people and most of them were people with medical problem, very sick or to some the remaining days are being counted closer and closer.  Beside pastor Stefanus , pastor Daniel Ong was there too .

Later after the service was done , I was given the privilege to lead the prayer of a father, Tonny  (34) and her daughter Rachel  (6) for which the daughter has been in the treatment for almost a year for 3 different types of Cancer. To make things worst, few days erlier she was given another status by the doctor that she was also having Leukemia . Not much of space on her arms to put the needle in as she is so skinny. Amazingly mr Tonny and his daughter Rachel were  looking so strong , positive, cheerful  and happy during that day. We were so glad to see them that way. Also we are being given a good example by them upon how to deal with facts and how to set our attitude about it. Praise The Lord.

Who am I to pray and to lead the congregation for this poor child. Her condition was making me so small, weak,  and so powerless as for the burden and suffering that she has gone through.  We are sure that " nothing is impossible to The Lord and to those who believe in Him". Based on this understanding I put my face as a brave person and to lead the prayer for this sweet 6 years old girl. It was a simple prayer , nothing unusual and no big words except we are trying to seek God's mercy and Grace and surrendering all the matters to God Him Self.  Soon after the service and prayers are over , I found out that some bills must be paid for the girl's medical treatment. I was so burdened and willing to participate but as a matter of fact my own financial capability is not that strong ( I will not be able to pay out the remaining of the bill).

Some 3 months earlier , Peggy and I are longing to have a truck to help us with our farming activities. So each month we have been saving what ever we can save from my income.  On that day after knowing the facts about the 6 years old girl , I decided to give her what we are saving on that month as a token and a participation upon paying her medical bill.

Later I went home in peace and feeling so privilege for the day turned out to be a beautiful day . I am so privilege to be given the chance to be healthy and able to wake up in the morning, to share God's goodness in two churches,  to lead the prayer for the 6 years old girl who has been under such heavy treatment and also having the privilege to participate to give some funding even though not so much.

The next day , early morning I was woken  up by a phone call from a sister which she is a church member from the first church that I was sharing on the previous day. She was telling me that a brother ( he asked me to keep his name unknown)  who was attending her church and listening to my talk was wanting to see me and to meet up. It was a day off for me on that day so I told her to inform him to meet up at lunch time.

We finally met and talk so many things like an old friend even though we just seeing each other on that day.  We talked about children, early child matters, education both academically and at home. We discuss some values according to the norms and Christianity . It was rather strange when we finnaly looking at our watch as we were chatting from lunch time to 18:15 pm non stop and we felt that we did not have enough time for it. It was amazing moment as both of us are forgotten about the time completely , from lunch, hot chocolate , coffee, finger food, snack and soup ha ha ha .

At 18:15 pm I realize that I must be at a meeting at 19:00 and he was also having an appointment at 19:00 pm . So we were saying goodbye and promised that we will meet again.

As we were about to leave to different directions he told me that he will give me something which will be useful to us . I was so puzzled and not sure what and why.  He wanted to give us a truck and asking me when to deliver it to us. I was so speechless and not knowing what to say to him.  We met in Singapore and he is willing to send the truck to Roslin Orphanage which is some two thousand miles away at least.  I told him that my wife at the moment was taking the orphanage children for an enrichment trip to Rote Island ( 2 buses load) and she will be back on Wednesday evening.  He said ok I will deliver the truck on Thursday .

Can we imagine the situation? The day before I was sharing at two churches and was given the chance to give the small token for the little girl medical bills from the money that we are saving it to buy a truck then the nexy day from a newly met brother we were being given a truck ? It is simple amazing and its a miracle. Praise The Lord .

One happy Thursday morning when the truck was delivered to us

Some ten days later I received a message from the pastor Stefanus ( from the second church)  , a very good news and another miracle news . He said that the little girl was healed and going home on the next day . Praise The Lord .  It is purely God's work and God's mercy, God's healing for her to be healed completely. I am so happy to be given the chance to pray among so many others ( may be thousands of them)  who have been praying for her as well.  It is another proven facts that " Nothing is impossible to The Lord and also to the people who believe in Him".

Praise be to God , always .

Some ten days later while I was at the orphanage with some friends and just about to have lunch , a phone call was made to Peggy's phone and I am the one who picked it up.  The call was from Bosowa , Bosowa is either a cement factory or a car dealer .  We found out that it was from the car dealer and we were asked to come as soon as possible and bringing our ID.  Peggy and I must excuse our self from our friends as we were about to scoup our lunch together.

At the car dealer we were asked to give our ID and wait . Later the staff came back and give us the ID back and said , thank you for coming and by the way that is your new truck . She was pointing to a brand new truck  , bought in full by Yayasan Wadah Indonesia.  Terima kasih , Thank you Yayasah Wadah .

At the "Bosowa Car dealer "  with Miss Dina

A truck, a gift of love from " Yayasan Wadah" to Roslin Orphanage

The YKR truck = Yayasan Kasih Roslin truck

This is another miracle indeed. We were aiming for one truck and God given us two within two months. We need a certain remedial to our farming activities but God given us a total remedial to the needs.  Our farming matter shall nerver be in doubt to be successful and plenty of harvest to be shared. Our labour will be blessed as it always been.

Praise The Lord for

1. I was given the chance to share God's goodness at two churches on that Sunday

2. I was so privilege to given the chance to lead the prayer for the girl

3  I was so privilege to be given the chance to participate to give

4. We are so blessed with a truck from a newly met brother

5. We are so blessed to know the girl is completely healed

6 We are so blessed with another truck from Yayasan Wadah.

We have been using the trucks for our farming, transporting the fence materials and plants, transporting the tractors , transporting the food for the animals, transporting sand and stones for the buildings and when the bus is being serviced we are also using the truck to bring the children to their schools.

God is good , all the time He is Good

Life is good , please be in it
